We’ve developed a further shirt design for the Willersey Event!

Ted says; ‘I really wanted to get back to the inception of the Jota for this design.  I went back to my recording of the interview that editor Simon and I did with Roger and Richard Slater for the ILOC 50th Anniversary Book and one of the things discussed was the very beginning of the Jota tale.   It’s a well-worn story, of course, but we wanted to get it on the record and ‘from the horse’s mouth’, so to speak.  The story on the shirt quotes Roger’s own words (with some very mild editing) so to my mind it’s a perfect thing to produce for this event.’

Importantly, Malcolm Cox asked Roger Slater to OK the design and sale of the shirt which I’m pleased to say he did straight away.  Thank you Roger – and the profits from the shirt sales go towards supporting the event which is, of course, free to attend.

This order is only FOR PURCHASE AND COLLECTION AT THE WILLERSEY EVENT for just £12.50.  It MUST be ordered beforehand so that stock can be ordered and made in preparation for collection at the event.  This price is only possible due to the ability to bulk order before August and sales will stop in early July so that all orders can be combined for a bulk order.  There won’t be spare stock available at the event itself.  Don’t say that we haven’t told you!
